Led by captains Joselle and Aleks, and fellow senior Parisa, the small team of seven knocked out the other 8 competitors in the category. Captain Joselle Portillo advanced to the finals for the solo portion after beating out 54 other solo competitors, and finished 4th in the state for Miss IDTA.
